We are looking for a Senior Sales Executive who is hungry, strategic, and deeply aligned with the education sector. We need a revenue driver who can close high-ticket enrollments, orchestrate top-tier marketing alignment, and hunt down global academic partnerships. If you know how to build a pipeline, close a deal, and scale revenue in the EdTech space, we want you on the front lines.

Your Responsibilities

You will act as the tip of the spear for our revenue generation. Your day-to-day isn’t just about making calls; it’s about owning the conversion strategy from end to end.

  • Ruthless Lead Conversion & Pipeline Management: Take ownership of the sales funnel. You will be responsible for taking high volume of calls, turning high-intent inquiries into enrolled learners, maintaining an exceptionally high conversion rate, and hitting aggressive revenue targets using multi-channel sales strategies.
  • Marketing Synergy & Demand Generation: You won’t just wait for leads to fall into your lap. You will actively collaborate with our social media and growth teams across multiple channels. You will analyze lead quality, dictate exact requirements, and help engineer campaigns that drive highly qualified, bottom-of-the-funnel traffic.
  • Global Academic & Accreditation Partnerships: This is where the “Senior” title comes into play. You will spearhead outbound outreach to build strategic alliances with foreign accreditation bodies, international universities, and local academic institutions. You will pitch our vision and secure partnerships that elevate our academic credibility and directly drive revenue.
  • Revenue Strategy: Continuously test and deploy new sales tactics. Whether it’s B2C enrollment pushes or B2B corporate training pitches, you will identify where the money is and build the bridge to get it.

  • The Data-Driven Strategist: You don’t guess; you look at the numbers. You know how to feedback conversion data to marketing teams to continuously refine the lead-generation engine.
  • The Founder Mentality: You operate with urgency. You don’t need micro-management. You see a revenue gap, and you build a strategy to close it.
