Non-Completion of Payments

If you fail to complete the installments, STEM Link reserves the right to deny access to the course and retain payments made up to that point.

Refunds

Cancellations

Requests for cancellations must be made within the eligible period, as outlined in our Refund Policy.

Ownership

All content on the STEM Link platform, including but not limited to text, videos, logos, and course materials, is protected under intellectual property laws and belongs to STEM Link or its licensors.

No Guarantees

STEM Link provides educational services with varying guaranteed outcomes based on the specific program enrolled. Some programs may offer no guaranteed outcomes. Details regarding guaranteed outcomes, where applicable, are outlined in the FAQ section of each bootcamp page.

Liability

STEM Link, its employees, and partners are not liable for:

• Indirect or consequential damages.
• Technical issues beyond our control.

Important: Any guaranteed outcomes are contingent upon full adherence to the program's learning agreement. Failure to meet the terms of the learning agreement may void any guarantees associated with the program.

Termination
