Refunds

Eligibility:

Refunds are only applicable for certain courses or services. To be eligible:

  • The request must be made within 14 days from the date of purchase or the start date of the program.
  • The course or program must not have been fully accessed or completed.
  • You must provide proof of purchase.

Process:

Refund requests must be submitted in writing via email to hello@stemlink.online.

Approval:

Upon review, if your request is approved, a refund will be initiated to your original method of payment. Please allow 14 business days for processing.

The refund amount excludes any non-refundable fees (e.g., payment gateway charges, administrative fees).

Please note that certain circumstances may result in partial refunds.

Non-Returnable and Non-Refundable Items

The following items are non-refundable:

  • Downloadable course materials.
  • Completed live or recorded sessions.
  • Personalized coaching, mentorship, or custom-made learning paths.
  • Subscription-based API services once the billing cycle has commenced.

Refunds for Installment Plans

Refunds for installment plans are subject to the following conditions:

Eligibility

Refund requests for installment-based enrollments are only applicable if the request is made within the refund eligibility period, as outlined in the Refund Policy.

Partial Refunds

  • Any refunds will account for the installments already paid.
  • Non-refundable fees (e.g., administrative or initial enrollment fees) will be deducted.

Cancellation of Installment Plans

If you choose to cancel your installment plan, no further payments will be charged, but previously paid installments may not be refunded, depending on your course progress.

Changes or Cancellations

Changes to your enrollment or cancellation of services are permitted up to 3 days before the program start date. Contact our support team for assistance.

Exchanges

If you wish to switch to another course or program:

  • Requests must be submitted to hello@stemlink.online within 7 working days of purchase.
  • Approval is subject to availability and eligibility.
